INM is guided by a cross-disciplinary team of faculty and advisors with deep expertise across engineering, the social sciences, management, and more.

The initiative reports to the Office of Innovation and Strategy. This structure ensures alignment with Institute priorities, and enables INM to drive collaboration and impact across MIT and beyond. INM is forming a faculty steering committee with membership from all Schools and the College of Computing.
